BobiMarket ("we", "us", or "our") operates the BobiMarket web application (the "Service"). This page explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth.
Usage data: Predictions you submit, groups you create or join, and scores/leaderboard data generated within the app.
Technical data: Basic request logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) retained by Firebase Hosting infrastructure.

2. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate you and provide access to the Service.
To display your predictions, scores, and rank within your groups.
To show your display name and avatar to members of groups you've joined.
To improve the reliability and performance of the Service.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Your data is processed by the following infrastructure providers:

Google Firebase — authentication, database, and hosting.

4. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see Section 7).

5. Cookies & Local Storage

The Service uses browser local storage and session cookies solely to maintain your authentication state. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
